What do I do if my credit card was declined?

Credit cards are processed through Stripe. One of the most common problems is that your name, expiration, CVV code, and zip code may be entered incorrectly. Check to make sure all the info matches.

How do I know if my contribution was processed?

LifeFunder will automatically email you a thank you receipt for your donation. The email should be received immediately after you process your donation. Check your spam folder if you do not receive your thank you receipt.

Is my donation tax deductible?

The tax-deductible status of donations to LifeFunder fundraisers can vary depending on the tax status of the organizer. Most donations made on LifeFunder.com go directly to a beneficiary rather than a charitable nonprofit organization and therefore are not tax-deductible.
